2021 Fundraising Dinner
The Taiwanese Heritage Society of Houston (THSH) is hosting our hybrid (virtual + in-person) annual fundraising dinner on November 13th from 6 pm to 9 pm.
Society is indebted to the strong support from the community over the past three decades. The extraordinary circumstances and inconvenience COVID has inflicted on us force us to move this year's event online. Your contribution will allow Taiwanese society to continue to flourish during this global pandemic. The projected expense for this year is $100,000.

In this year's event, we are honored to be joined by Prof. WU Mi-cha, Director of the National Palace Museum in Taiwan. He will deliver the current historical research front in Taiwanese history for our members. He is a pioneer historian in studies of Taiwanese history. Most historians researching Taiwanese history are his students from National Taiwan University.
Wu served as vice chairman of the Council of Cultural Affairs (CCA), Professor of History at National Taiwan University, director of the National Museum of Taiwan History, chair of the Department of Taiwanese Literature at National Cheng Kung University, and director of Academia Historica. |
We look forward to your support. Proceeds from the event will contribute to supporting the Taiwanese Heritage Society's mission. Ticket prices are from $50, $100, $200, $500, $1,000, $3,000, $5,000, $10,000 and special donation (the deadline for registration is October 31, 2021).
